Jockey Club Children Oral Health Project Press Conference
Lecture Theatre I, The Prince Philip Dental Hospital
Tooth decay in preschool children, or early childhood caries (ECC), is one of the most prevalent diseases in children which would lead to negative impacts to children's growth and development.

Supported by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Hong Kong launches the "Jockey Club Children Oral Health Project". This project aims to screen Hong Kong's preschool children for tooth decay, control existing cavities and to prevent further decay.

A press conference will be held on 10 November 2020 (Tuesday) for the official launch of the project. Media representatives are invited.

The Faculty of Dentistry is launching an Undergraduate Admissions mini webpage for public to have a better understanding on the admissions and program of Bachelor of Dental Surgery. The page also includes media interview on admissions which provides not only admissions information, but also learning facilities and interesting life at the Faculty of Dentistry, as well as interview tips.
